We were on our way back from the total eclipse to the Twin Cities and were looking for dinner on our last night. We were grateful to find this place with great food. I had the (Akamaru) Modern Ramen which included two generous spirals of pork belly. My wife had a poke bowl which was also delicious. We would definitely come back.
